Updates & MIA

Well, since my last post it has been crazy around here. Now as some may have noticed the pregnancy countdown ticker I am, indeed pregnant. And let me tell you it was a surprise to find out!!!! But since putting that ticker up - I have found out that a C-section is going to be needed so I no longer have the 7 weeks

We are scheduled to go in Sept. 7.....YES, the first day of school. What was I thinking! Two of my kids are trying their hands at public school this year and I go and scedule a c-section which I have to be at hospital at 7:00am.

I would say that "someone" needs to think things through fully before making decisions. But what done is done. And that is where hectic has now taken over my life.

With my current youngest being 10 years old-getting ready for a new one has been a bit of a challenge. I can not believe there is that much stuff out there you can buy, let alone how some of these new contraptions work.

So, I have been trying to stockpile supplies for the household, which includes 3 kids, my father (who recently suffered a heart attack and I am now taking care of) and myself along with my fiancee.

I need to get enough meals into the freezer so that I am not trying to cook to much during recovery. And trust me my decision making lately is about up to par as my follow through abilities.

My list goes on and on and on and ........

I have also tried a new project of entering giveaways on blogs that I read. Boy, does that take concentration on my part. At first I had no clue how to tweet, let alone have a twitter account. Oh and lets not forget not having a clue about Facebook.

But I have tried my hand at a few and have fingers crossed. Hopefully, I can figure out how to enter these things without screwing it up to bad.

I plan on keeping up with this blog alot better from here on out, I am turning over a new leaf of follow through and great planning....crossing fingers again!

So look for not only new homeschool ideas, but baby stuff, freebie offers, and giveaway oppertunities that are available. I guess it is going to be a free-for-all blog.
