I am amazed that I live in Minnesota and have never heard of this product until now. I find that Bee-Free Honee is truley bee-free intriguing. 


I do know that Minnesota prides itself on the variety of apples that they come up with each year. The extreme media frenzy over the "Honey Crisp" Apple was unbelievable.


I am excited to begin looking for this product and trying it out with the kids. Honey is something we always have on hand, and use in most of the baking that we do.

 

  Bee-Free Honee is made with three ingredients: apples, beet sugar), and lemon juice. There is only as much sugar in the product as is needed to achieve the viscosity of traditional honey, it is 80% apple based. Bee-Free Honee is safe for those allergic to traditional honey, as well as being all natural and vegan.

We had the opportunity to try out Bee-Free Honee. It is delicious!! It tastes like apple honey and goes excellent in oatmeal! I also love that it tastes so much like regular honey. It is also great with peanut butter and as an alternative for syrup! It is made in Minnesota and they use only midwest apples.
