SUDDENLY ENDED~~BeefJerky.com Giveaway {RV $53.00}

***My deepest apologies but I have decided to end my part in this giveaway. Due to concerns of being able to fully stand behind this business. This in NO way is saying that the products are bad, the business ethics of the owner is what has been called into question.


After a huge amount of consideration, I believe that the owner of the BeefJerky.com website is someone that I would not want to do business with. His care of his customers should be one of his top priorities. He has proven through emails with BargainHound that he can't conduct himself in a professional manor.


I refuse to subject any of my readers with a possible unfortunate encounter with this "business" owner. 


Had this person been able to treat his customer and potential customers with respect, I would have considered not stopping this giveaway. I believe he has made a grave error in judgement, especially since this giveaway is only a few hours old. His understanding of how things work and expectations were out of reach for anyone to achieve. 


While, everyone involved with putting together the giveaway and helping promote the giveaway  have been extremely understanding and have held to a high amount of respect, regardless of what this "business" owner accused and stated- deserves Applause and Admiration! I can only hope that all of you can be just as understanding!


Again, this should not deter you from buying the product- the product is not the issue.****

My husband LOVES Beef Jerky, his tastes are more on the milder side. He would live on it till the day he died if he had his way. I would really like to give that Red Hot Pepper flavor a whirl. I eat anything that claims to scorch the inside of your mouth and bring you to tears.

Do you love beef jerky? We sure do! In our home, Beef Jerky is a staple. It's a satifying, healthy snack that's high in protein, and we can enjoy it anytime and anywhere. There's never a bad time for jerky. Sometimes we'll have some before working out, after working out, at night as a snack, we'll take it with us on drives, etc. 




We usually buy big bags (that really aren't that big at all) of a famous brand of jerky at our local BJ's Warehouse Club. It's quite expensive, and to be honest with you, we really haven't been happy with the quality of it. We usually only eat about half of it, because most of it is so tough and leathery and nearly impossible to chew. 




We usually end up giving the rest of the jerky to the dogs, as they love it, and it's good for them. But since we have been so unhappy with that brand, we've been trying other beef jerky brands, and trying to find one that we really like. 






Well I have had the extreme pleasure of trying some Beef Jerky from the website BeefJerky.com. They generously sent us four flavors:

• Black Pepper
• Honey Teriyaki
• Ring of Fire
• Original Hickory

The first thing I noticed was how all the bags were air-tight sealed. I love this! All jerky should come this way. And another great thing about the jerky, is when I opened the bag I was expecting small strips of jerky. But that's not how these are made. Instead of getting thin strips of jerky, you get these really large slabs! I like it this way SO much more! 

 

We tried the Original Hickory first, as original jerky is usually our favorite. And this jerky did NOT disappoint! It was DELICIOUS!! It was not leathery, it had so much flavor, it was just incredible. After just one bite, Chris even commented about how we'll never buy the famous brand from BJ's again. I have to say this was probably the best jerky I've had. 




Next we tried the Honey Teriyaki. It was pretty sweet, but had great flavor. If you like sweet beef jerky, you will LOVE this. It was very tender, too. 




Then we tried the Black Pepper. I was really looking forward to this one, because I usually love anything that is "black pepper" flavored. And this did not disappoint either. When I say this jerky was LOADED with black pepper, I mean it was LOADED!! Take a look at it:

   

The last one we tried was the Ring of Fire. Now, I LOVE hot and spicy things, while Chris is not so much of a fan. But we both tried it. At first we were like, oh it's really good! And not that... oh wait.. holy-crap-our-mouths-are-on-fire!!!! Haha!! Yeah, they named this one right. Ring of Fire it was!! But delicious at the same time! Just be sure you have a cold beverage close by to douse the flames coming out of your mouth when you eat this one. I usually handle hot and spicy foods pretty well, and let me tell you, this was HOT. But I will continue to torture myself, and force myself to eat the rest of the bag until it is gone :) Painful, yet yummy at the same time.
