I have been working hard lately trying to find healthier alternatives in cooking for my family. I am looking forward to using this product in the future.
The Enjoy Life website is full of information, from helpful articles to coupons! Here is a recipe that I would love to try using their products;
Kooky Cookie Monsters
Makes 12 Monsters
Ingredients:
2 – 6 oz. boxes Enjoy Life Cookies (any flavor)
1 – 6 oz. bag Enjoy Life Mountain Mambo Trail Mix
1 – 10z. box Enjoy Life Crispy Rice or Flax Cereal
Directions:Empty Trail Mix and cereal into separate small bowls.
Take one cookie and turn it upside down, then stack the other on top so the flat sides are on the inside.
Pinch them together in the back.
Take cereal, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, chocolate chips, apple pieces and cranberries, and decorate to resemble monsters.
May be stored covered with plastic wrap up to 4 days.

When I first had to remove all glutens from my diet I was discouraged, but it has become easier. The better I feel, the easier it is to say no to the ingredients that make me feel so awful. There are some snacks that I do miss. One of those is granola. I was a little hesitant to try any more GF granola products because most of them were not very tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by Enjoy Life's Double Chocolate Crunch. It is delicious and great to take as a snack in my purse.
I also had the opportunity to try their Mega Chunks. This was another wonderful surprise. I don't know how they did it, but they made a dairy free chocolate chip that actually tastes like chocolate!!

Mints, life savers in the green bag.. I'm addicted and can't stop I'm afraid. It should be chocolate as I love it too, but it's not.
My fav food is sushi but I do have a sweet tooth too!!!
