As a family that spends much of our time outside, protection from the sun is one of my main concerns for the kids. Real Kids Shades would be a wonderful solution to calming some of my fears. Real Kids Shades have sunglasses for ages 0 to 12.
The feature of the comfortable band to hold younger ones sunglasses in place, is one of pure genius. I have a difficult time keeping a hat on "Cheeky", I like that this would not be an issue with these sunglasses. If we had these sunglasses I know that the kids would be wearing them all time, they are stylish-something that the kids love.

Real Kids Shades are the doctor recommended sunblock you can apply directly to your kids' eyes. They're made with shatterproof, impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses because it's the best stuff kids' sunglasses can be made from. Their Xylex frames are super light and durable while their TPE frames are extremely flexible and bendable. Their wrap-around frames minimize exposure to harmful peripheral light. Opticians can even fit some of their styles with prescription lenses.

My munchkins love their Sunglasses! I have to admit I never really thought a lot about whether or not they're wearing sunglasses outdoors. I feel kind of foolish now, but it seems like common sense. I need to wear my sunglasses and my eyes hurt when I don't. Why wouldn't children need them too? Sun can be very damaging to anyone's eyes but especially to kids. In fact, they're at an increased risk for permanent eye damage from sunlight until they are 10 years old. And sun damage is permanent. You can't replace your eye lens over time. There is more information that can be found in Protecting Your Child's Eyes From the Sun: What Every Mom Should Know HERE
These sunglasses were a definite hit! All the munchkins have been wearing them both outside and inside. They are very flexible. They also come with a band to keep the glasses on if they're playing or when we're on the boat.
The frames are flexible, durable made with shatterproof polycarbonate. They're also lead free and phthalate free. They also have many styles that can be fitted with prescription lenses!

The line was designed with the help of a pediatric ophthalmologist for optimal fit, comfort and safety. I like this - sunglasses for kids never seem to fit their face right and are always falling off
The glasses are designed with the help of a pediatric ophthalmologist!
That kids should wear shades everyday
that kids should wear these to protect their eyes
I like that they are designed with a pediatric opthalmologist.
