One of my absolute favorite Girl Scout Cookie are the Thin Mints. I could eat hundred of dollars worth in a few sittings. This is one of the reasons why I have not allowed myself to purchase Girl Scout Cookies, I would end up blowing our yearly budget just by purchasing them.
I love that I now have the opportunity to make these at home, and trust me I am going to be testing out each one of these!
