With summer coming, one of the more popular meals in our home are salads. We fix a very large bowl with several varieties of lettuce, and fill side-bowls full of toppings. This is usually done on those extremely hot days, where even grilling is too much for one to handle. Along with these salads, we sometimes include cold-cuts for sandwiches.
Simplicity is key to those hot days or even just a busy day where you are too tired to do much of anything. These salad recipes can be easily modified to amount of people you want to serve.
