I love making sweet tea but hate the way it has an acid taste after boiling water in a pot on the stove. I have been making my tea in the water kettle and I can't keep a gallon of tea in the fridge for longer than a day. Its always helpful when cooking noodles and such because I can get the water boiling, put the noodles and the water in a pan and pretty much keep it on med lo for a few minutes and my noodles are ready in no time.
