The folks at Fantasicakes were kind enough to send us a cinnamon coffee cake to review and to be honest; it was so good the pictures we would normally take were forgotten, as well as the pretty designs with the icing, etc. to make it "photo ready".

The coffee cake was wrapped well, and arrived in good condition. The cake was extremely moist, and the cinnamon was not overpowering, nor was it overly sweet. It was aptly named, as it was perfect to have with our coffee. We liked the fact that the icing that came with it was separately portioned in its' own cup, so you could put on as little or as much ;) as you wanted.

You can store this cake for up to 3 months, per the instructions, and would be perfect to have on hand for last minute guests. I also think this is the perfect "thinking of you" gift.

The cake does come with an allergen caution in the instructions, that it is baked in a facility where nut products are used, for anyone that may have a nut allergy.

Fantisicakes is aptly named, because now I am "fantasizing" about the triple chocolate Bundt cake. ;)

We were planning on eating some of the cake after dinner and I was planning on taking a nice photo but after dinner we were all full and apparently nobody had room for the cake. We changed the plan to waiting an hour or so to have some cake, so I went and took my shower. When I got back all I found.....
