Wednesday~

Saturday~

Dinner: Its Leftover night... There are always plenty of left overs so this is the night we clear out the fridge. Dessert is chocolate pudding.
Sunday~

Lunch: Cold Sandwiches, chips, and some sort of fresh fruit
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Peas, and homemade bread. For dessert we will make apple pie (sad to say using a pre-canned filling)
Now for my side notes:
My kids do snack during the day on things I set out in a box on the table. That way I pre-approve what they snack on. So each day it is different but usually consists of crackers, granola bars, and things like that.
And now a bit about what happens here on Friday nights: Friday night is our designated movie night so everyone makes their own pizza (personal size) and then we snack on pretzles, crackers, and other stuff throughout the night. The kids love this night because they make their own meal and get to pick the movies to watch.
Lunch's and breakfast's on the weekends are always light-only because this is when we are out and about the most. Since this is my first menu blogged and I am working on organizing and economizing the way our menu will be will surely change. Except for Friday night - that is set in stone. I am hoping to add recipes in soon and maybe even some other stuff.
